METASPACEX and its joint venture company are engaged in industrial IoT and other businesses
METASPACEX (01796.HK) announced the establishment of a joint venture, Xinglun Smart Technology, with Guangzhou Xinglun, focusing on industrial Internet of Things (IoT), industrial software, and smart manufacturing; the group and Guangzhou Xinglun hold 51% and 49% equity, respectively.
At the same time, the group appointed Wang Kai as the CEO of Xinglun Smart Technology, effective from February 13, 2026. Wang Kai has previously served as a senior management member of Guangzhou Xinglun and has accumulated experience in business development and product engineering in several large enterprises in China
