The Development Bureau has returned two approved outline zoning plans to the Town Planning Board for revision
The Town Planning Board announced that the Secretary for Development has returned two approved outline zoning plans to the Town Planning Board for revision, namely the approved outline zoning plans for Hung Shui Kiu and Sha Tsui, and the approved outline zoning plan for Sai Kung, to reflect the latest land use proposals.
The approved outline zoning plans for Hung Shui Kiu and Sha Tsui, and the approved outline zoning plan for Sai Kung were previously approved by the Chief Executive in Council in October 2018 and June 2013, respectively
