The report shows that central state-owned enterprises are actively entering the agency construction sector, rapidly developing by leveraging their resource advantages. In addition, with the frequent favorable policies related to urban renewal and old renovation, some companies are also exploring agency construction in this field, seeking opportunities in first-tier cities such as Guangzhou and Beijing
