Tencent Cloud collaborates with Charoen Pokphand Group to create a Southeast Asian e-commerce live streaming model

Tencent Cloud has launched an in-depth collaboration with Thailand's Charoen Pokphand Group's super app Amaze to jointly create an e-commerce live streaming model in Southeast Asia. During the collaboration, Tencent Cloud will provide integrated management capabilities covering live streaming viewing and online interaction, and will introduce mature e-commerce live streaming features from mainland China, such as real-time voting, bullet screen gifts, product giveaways, and host PKs to Thailand.

In addition, leveraging its self-developed AI visual large model, Tencent Cloud supports capabilities such as AI audio and video quality restoration, multilingual intelligent subtitles, AIGC special effects, and digital human hosts, significantly enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

It is reported that in December last year, Amaze successfully completed its first e-commerce live streaming debut during "Black Friday" based on Tencent Cloud's one-stop audio and video live streaming e-commerce solution, providing local users in Thailand with a smoother, richer, and ultimate online shopping experience
