The new world Tsim Sha Tsui project "Zhenyue" is expected to be launched for sale within March
New World Development (00017.HK) officially named its Tsim Sha Tsui project "GRAND AUSTIN BOHEMIAN." The project offers open-plan and one-bedroom units, with the sales brochure to be uploaded shortly. Demonstration units will be opened to the media early next week, and sales will commence in March.
Additionally, the group has partnered with Empire Group, Capital Strategy Real Estate (00497.HK), Lai Sun Development (00488.HK), and MTR Corporation (00066.HK) to develop the Wong Chuk Hang series, which will revise its price list today (26th) with a uniform price increase of approximately 5%
