JD Delivery celebrates its one-year anniversary with a total of over 240 million user orders

JD-SW (09618.HK) stated that as of yesterday (the 1st), JD Delivery has launched its one-year anniversary, focusing on value-based initiatives to promote quality as an executable industry standard. It has accumulated over 240 million user orders, with a market share exceeding 15%, and has rejected 1 million black delivery stores from joining the platform.

The group indicated that it introduced a zero-commission policy for merchants last year and will implement a low commission policy of no more than 5% in the long term, encouraging merchants to invest funds in upgrading their dishes. This aims to achieve an average daily order volume of over 500 orders for each Seven Fresh Kitchen three months after opening, driving traffic and growth for surrounding restaurants.

In the past year, a total of 150,000 full-time delivery riders have joined JD Delivery. The group has committed to investing 22 billion RMB over the next five years to build 150,000 "Rider Homes," creating the largest, highest quality, and most widely covered housing security system for riders.
