JD.com (09618.HK)(JD.US) announced that its food delivery business has officially been online for a year and will fully expand into in-store pickup and group buying services by 2026, with a focus on Qixian Xiaochu, aiming for a market share of over 30% in JD's food delivery by 2026.

In its future business layout, JD.com stated that it will extend from "food delivery" to a broader "catering" multi-scenario ecosystem, vigorously developing the innovative model of Qixian Xiaochu in 2026, with plans to complete the layout in all first- and second-tier cities by the end of 2026. According to official data, the average daily order volume of a Qixian Xiaochu store exceeds 500 orders three months after opening, driving traffic and growth for surrounding restaurants. With the acceleration of its layout, JD.com hopes to achieve a 30% market share in the food delivery market by 2026.
