Mei Liyuxia, Managing Director of the exhibition management company, stated in an interview that the exhibition company closely aligns with the government's "Innovation Value" policy direction. This year, exhibitions and conference activities themed around "Healthcare," "Innovation and Technology," "Finance," and "Education" accounted for 43% of the total, with the number of events increasing by 10% year-on-year.

She revealed that the exhibition company is actively promoting the development of the innovation and technology and finance sectors. For instance, the "LEAP East" Middle East Technology Exhibition will take place in July at the exhibition center, marking the first time it is held outside the Middle East. It will occupy over 35,000 square meters of exhibition space, equivalent to nearly 80% of the exhibition center's Phase II space, and is expected to attract 20,000 participants.

The "Consensus Hong Kong 2026," which has successfully developed into a recurring exhibition, saw its exhibition area increase by 60% this year to approximately the size of three football fields. The exhibition was held last month, attracting over 11,000 professionals from 122 countries and regions, driving more than 400 surrounding activities and bringing an economic benefit of 300 million HKD to the local area
