An explosion was heard at Dubai International Airport in the United Arab Emirates this morning, prompting some passengers to be evacuated to the basement level for safety. The UAE announced the suspension of all flights to and from Dubai. It has been learned that Air China's first resumed flight from Beijing to Dubai, originally scheduled to land at Dubai International Airport an hour ago, is currently still circling over Oman. (CBN)
