TSAKER NE: Preferred investors do not exercise the repurchase rights of Shandong TSK New Materials Group
TSAKER NE (01986.HK) announced that it has received written notifications from priority investors, namely Chip Creation Future, Anyida, and New Heights Capital. After considering the overall recovery of the new energy battery materials industry, they are confident in the future development prospects of Shandong TSKER New Materials Group and are willing to give it more time for development, confirming that they will not exercise any of their respective repurchase rights under the shareholder agreement before December 31, 2029
