
Mainland embodied intelligence startup CDL has raised a total of 2 billion RMB, with participation from Tencent and Alibaba
The mainland embodied intelligence startup Simple Dynamics has announced that it has completed five rounds of financing in less than six months, with a total financing amount reaching 2 billion yuan, making it the youngest unicorn in the sector. It is reported that the funds from the latest round of financing will be used for base model training, ontology research and iteration, etc., to accelerate the large-scale application of embodied intelligence technology.
The lineup of investors is impressive, with financial investment institutions including Yuanjing Capital, BlueRun Ventures, and Sequoia China, while strategic investors include Tencent (00700.HK) and Alibaba Group. The latest round of financing was advised by Guangyuan Capital.
Simple Dynamics was established in July last year in Beijing by former executives of Li Auto, Jia Peng and Wang Kai, focusing on unified models, data loops, and highly reliable hardware, and has launched two generations of ontology products
