During the Two Sessions, Yu Shaorong, the Party Branch Secretary of Wuxing Village, Leigu Town, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Sichuan Province, and a representative of the 14th National People's Congress, stated that currently, some individuals aged 15-16 who have graduated from junior high school but have not continued their education are in a "policy vacuum" between "ending education" and "employment access." They are unable to legally find employment, have difficulty being included in the skills training system, lack unified placement, and are prone to social stability risks
