
"Performance" FORTUNE REIT distributes 16.81 cents at the end of the period
FORTUNE REIT (00778.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with distributable income of HKD 723 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.07%; the final distribution per unit is HKD 0.1681. The total distribution per unit for the year is HKD 0.3522, a year-on-year decrease of 1%.
During the period, revenue was HKD 1.682 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 3.66%, mainly due to negative growth in rental increases from supermarkets and real estate agencies. The net property income was HKD 1.188 billion, a decrease of 5.2%.
