YGM TRADING priced at 34.32 million to sell the operating rights of the golf brand

YGM TRADING (00375.HK) announced a related transaction, selling 100% equity of YGM Retail along with loans to Changxin (Hong Kong), which is the franchisee of the golf and sports apparel and accessories brand Ashworth, for a total consideration of HKD 34.32 million. The estimated confirmed gain from the sale is approximately HKD 2.36 million
