Reports indicate that Citigroup issued a memorandum to employees stating that they have notified staff to evacuate offices located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Oud Metha community in Dubai. A Citigroup spokesperson stated that they will continue to take measures to ensure employee safety and have developed an emergency response plan to ensure business continuity.
