GREENTECH INTL may further delay the publication of its mid-term results for the fiscal year 2024, continuing the suspension of trading
GREENTECH INTL (00195.HK) announced that the auditor received an anonymous complaint on February 26, 2026, which subsequently drew the attention of the board's audit committee, and they appointed a joint venture to conduct an independent investigation into the allegations. Currently, the auditor is still evaluating the draft investigation report, and therefore, the unpublished results may be further delayed.
The company stated that due to the delay in publishing the unaudited interim results for the fiscal year 2024, its shares have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 AM on September 2, 2024, and will continue to be suspended until the company fulfills the resumption guidance imposed by the Stock Exchange
