IDC Wu Lianfeng: SaaS is undergoing "AI evolution"
On March 13th, Wu Lianfeng, Vice President and Chief Analyst of IDC China, stated at the 2026 Kingdee Group Global Ecosystem Partner Conference that SaaS is not only not dying but is instead undergoing "AI evolution." The five new trends of AI+SaaS are: "employeeization" of capabilities, "result-oriented" pricing, "platformization" of products, "foundationization" of governance, and "agility" of innovation
