36Kr learned that the 2026 Game Developers Conference (referred to as "GDC") will be held in San Francisco, USA. Official data shows that over 30,000 industry professionals will attend the 5-day conference, featuring more than 700 topic presentations and activities. Among these, AI-related topic presentations exceed 100, representing a growth of over 110% compared to 2025. This year's conference attracted participation from over 400 technology and gaming companies worldwide, including Tencent, Google, Apple, NVIDIA, Meta, Sony, and Microsoft. This year, 9 Chinese companies will collectively present 27 AI-related topic presentations, with Tencent Games contributing 21 of them
