U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 200 points on Friday.



Shares of Apogee Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:APGE) rose sharply during Monday's session after the company announced 52-week maintenance data from Part A of its Phase 2 APEX clinical trial of zumilokibart, a potential best-in-class anti-IL-13 antibody, in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.



Apogee Therapeutics shares jumped 19.4% to $78.89 on Monday.

<li>Advance Auto Parts Inc (NYSE:AAP) rose 8.2% to $50.89.</li>



<li>Rivian Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:RIVN) rose 8.1% to $16.12.</li>



<li>Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd (NYSE:NCLH) gained 8% to $20.46.Shares of cruise companies traded higher in response to a decline in the cost of oil after President Trump posted on social media that the U.S. postponed strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for five days.</li>



<li>Ciena Corp (NYSE:CIEN) gained 7.8% to $414.00.</li>

U.S. stocks fell, with the Nasdaq dropping 200 points. However, Apogee Therapeutics saw a significant rise of 19.4% after positive trial data for its anti-IL-13 antibody. Other notable gainers included Satellogic (+20.6%), YD Bio (+17.4%), and AXT Inc (+15.6%). Tower Semiconductor rose 8.9% following a breakthrough in data transmission technology. Norwegian Cruise Line gained 8% due to lower oil costs after geopolitical developments.
