8,406 Proposals from the Fourth Session of the 14th NPC Uniformly Assigned for Handling

The handover meeting for proposals from the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) was held on March 26. It is reported that during the Fourth Session of the 14th NPC, NPC deputies submitted a total of 8,406 proposals. The Commission for Deputy Affairs of the NPC Standing Committee, in conjunction with relevant parties, comprehensively sorted and analyzed these proposals and legally assigned them to 206 handling units for research and handling. According to the results of the comprehensive analysis of the deputies' proposals, keywords such as empowering digital economy development, rectifying "churning-style" competition, strengthening the protection and inheritance of excellent traditional culture, building a diversified guarantee system, constructing a high-quality education system, and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial structures became high-frequency terms in the proposals.
