New World Development (00017.HK) and MTR Corporation (00066.HK) have updated the sales brochure for the development of Tai Wai Park Avenue III, which consists of 2 buildings offering 892 units, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts, with a focus on three-bedroom units. The four-bedroom unit is unique to Park Avenue III. Currently, there are about 500 units remaining, scheduled for release in the first half of the year.

The developer stated that due to the limited supply of three-bedroom or larger units above railway stations, there is considerable potential purchasing power in the market. Additionally, the project is located above an MTR station, benefiting from dual-line advantages, and the base will feature a large shopping mall, which is expected to attract market attention upon launch
