"Performance" CHINA LONGYUAN's annual net profit is RMB 4.638 billion, down 27.9%, with a final dividend of 6.25 cents

CHINA LONGYUAN (00916.HK) announced its performance for the fiscal year 2025, with revenue of RMB 30.253 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 18.6%, mainly due to the decline in wind power grid connection prices and average utilization hours, resulting in reduced wind power sales revenue. It recorded a net profit of RMB 4.638 billion, down 27.9%, with earnings per share of 55.48 cents. A final dividend of 6.25 cents was declared.

Excluding the impact of RMB 504 million from the disposal of thermal power, the net profit for the year decreased by 21.8%, mainly due to a slight decline in new energy generation revenue, while operating costs increased with the growth in installed capacity, leading to a decrease in operating profit
