According to data disclosed by the LeYouJia Research Center, the total online signing volume of new and second-hand residential properties in Shenzhen reached 7,898 units in March 2026, an increase of 117% compared to the previous two months, marking the highest level in nearly 11 months.
Among them, the online signing of pre-sold new residential properties in the city was 1,571 units, an increase of 109% compared to the previous two months; the online signing of newly sold properties was 1,256 units, an increase of 130% compared to the previous two months; the total online signing was 2,827 units, an increase of 118% compared to the previous two months. The online signing of second-hand residential properties was 5,071 units, an increase of 117% compared to the previous two months, remaining stable at the "boom-bust line" level of 5,000 units in the Shenzhen real estate market
