Tianyancha shows that Shanghai Xiaomi Financing Lease Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, with its registered capital increasing from 600 million RMB to 800 million RMB, an increase of approximately 33%. The company was established in November 2018, and its business scope includes financing lease business, leasing business, and consulting and guarantees related to financing lease transactions. It is wholly owned by Xiaomi Finance (Hong Kong) Limited.
