Report: GUOTAI JUNAN I’s Former ECM Head to Lead Equity Sales
GUOTAI JUNAN I has appointed a former senior Equity Capital Markets (ECM) banker to lead its stock-selling operations, according to people with knowledge of the matter. The investment bank has appointed Jean Li to oversee these transactions. She will step down as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at the end of 2024. Li is taking on the role on an interim basis as the company searches for senior talent in ECM. (Bloomberg)
