In the first quarter, Seazen's contract sales amounted to 3.016 billion RMB, a decrease of 40.9%

Seazen Holdings (01030.HK) announced that in March, together with its subsidiaries, it achieved a contract sales amount of RMB 1.079 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 49.3%; the contract sales area was 191,800 square meters. In the first three months, the cumulative contract sales amount was RMB 3.016 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 40.9%; the sales area involved was approximately 526,500 square meters.

During the month, rental income was RMB 1.115 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3.1%. The cumulative rental income for the first quarter was RMB 3.307 billion, an increase of 2.8%
