On November 28th, Guojin Asset Management - Wuyue Plaza Holding Real Estate Asset-Backed Special Plan (referred to as "Wuyue Plaza Holding ABS") was successfully established on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The project has an issuance scale of 616 million yuan, making it the first consumer-type holding real estate ABS in the country and also the first holding real estate ABS issued by a private enterprise listed on the A-share market.
