Guangzhou Launches Thirty Measures to Optimize Business Environment, Will Establish 40 Billion Yuan Fund to Support Key Industries
The Reform Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee issued the 'Thirty Measures for Optimizing the Business Environment in Guangzhou (2026)', focusing on empowering government services and innovation factor supply through artificial intelligence. Guangzhou will create 50 government super agents and establish a 40 billion yuan government investment parent fund, prioritizing support for key industries including artificial intelligence, the low-altitude economy, and biomedicine. To further improve the long-term implementation mechanism, the first batch of 100 typical cases of "small cut" industrial business environment measures will be released.
