It is noteworthy that this is the second time Tinavi has broken the industry financing record. In the second quarter of 2025, Tinavi completed the largest angel round financing in the history of embodied intelligence in China—$242 million. A year later, Tinavi further broke the record for the largest Pre-A round financing in the history of embodied intelligence in China with $455 million, as well as the largest single-round financing record in the industry.
This round of financing achieved oversubscription, mainly due to Tinavi's continuous recognition and firm bets from top domestic and international investment institutions. The investment institutions cover four major dimensions, forming a rare gathering of star capital:
In terms of financial investors, Hillhouse Venture Capital and Sequoia Capital China jointly led the investment in Tinavi. Well-known financial funds such as Meituan Longzhong, CICC Capital, KKR Capital, Dongfang Fuhai, and Junshan Investment followed suit;
In terms of strategic investors, Meituan's strategic investment arm significantly increased its stake as an important cornerstone strategic shareholder and continued to lead the investment, while existing shareholders such as Qiming Venture Partners, Linear Capital, BlueRun Ventures, Xianghe Capital, and Hongtai Fund also made strategic investment increases;
In terms of industrial investors, TCL Industrial Investment, Foton Capital, Shoucheng Holdings (0697.HK), Jianfa Emerging Investment, Hengxu Capital, and Guoqi Investment further invested, which will strongly promote the commercialization process of the company's diversified scenarios;
In terms of state-owned capital, the Beijing Robot Industry Development Investment Fund and Shanghai Guotou Xian Dao jointly invested in an embodied intelligence company for the first time, empowering the company's development in line with the national &#34;14th Five-Year&#34; robot industry planning direction, helping Tinavi become a leading enterprise in the regional embodied intelligence chain and driving the upgrading and development of the industrial cluster.
