CHINA CHENGTONG (00217.HK) announced that it has entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with an independent third party, Inner Mongolia Huadian Bayin Wind Power, involving several wind power generation equipment, with a purchase price of 220 million RMB. The lease term is two years, with a total lease amount estimated at approximately 228 million RMB, and expected to generate revenue of 7.61 million RMB
