Hong Kong Talk collaborates with Jia Bao Supermarket to provide "AI + Retail" services

The AI smart assistant "Honghua Tong," developed by the Hong Kong Generative Artificial Intelligence Research Center, has officially reached a strategic cooperation with JD Group-SW (09618.HK) under JD Jiaobao Supermarket to provide "AI + Retail" services. The two parties will collaborate deeply around three major dimensions: user growth, service upgrades, and technology integration, promoting the integration of AI with retail scenarios to assist in the digital transformation of the Hong Kong retail industry.

In terms of service details, both parties will focus on advancing user dual empowerment, the interoperability of the points system, and the integration of technology scenarios. "Honghua Tong" will output intelligent dialogue technology, fully upgrading the AI dialogue shopping function for daily operations at Jiaobao Supermarket, allowing users to complete operations such as product inquiries, placing orders, and consultations through voice interaction.

According to information, "Honghua Tong" is Hong Kong's first self-developed large language model AI application, with over 720,000 registered users. "JD Jiaobao Supermarket" has been rooted in Hong Kong for nearly 30 years and currently has nearly 100 branches in Hong Kong
