JD.com won the commercial land in Hangzhou for 660 million RMB to establish its regional headquarters in Zhejiang

According to "Guandian News," Hangzhou JD Jingwei Information Technology successfully acquired a piece of riverside commercial land in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City for a total price of 663 million RMB. This land will be used to build JD's regional headquarters in Zhejiang. At the same time, the company plans a total investment of approximately 2 billion RMB to create a regional center that integrates office, technology, and JD MALL functions, accommodating more than 4,000 employees.

Data shows that the transaction floor price of the land was 5,600 RMB per square meter, with the land use nature being commercial land compatible with business and financial use. The area transferred is 26,297 square meters, with a plot ratio of 4.5, a buildable area of 118,300 square meters, and a building height not exceeding 100 meters and not less than 15 meters
