Fenglong announced that the tender offer period by Shenzhen UBTECH ROBOTICS expired on April 20, 2026. The number of shares acquired in this tender offer was 28.45 million, accounting for 13.02% of the company's total shares, at an acquisition price of 17.72 yuan per share. As further confirmation of the tender offer results is required, the company's stock will be suspended from the market open on April 21, 2026.
