Kremlin: Russia Technically Ready to Resume Oil Flows via Friendship Pipeline
On April 21 local time, Kremlin Press Secretary Peskov stated during a briefing that Russia is technically ready to resume oil shipments to Hungary via the Friendship pipeline, but the resumption of transit depends on actions taken by Kyiv.
