Eli Lilly's Lawsuit Against Mounjaro Generics Advances in Second Attempt
A U.S. federal judge ruled that Eli Lilly can proceed with its lawsuit against Mochi Health Corp., which sells generic versions of its obesity and diabetes medications.
In an order filed on Monday, U.S. District Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley of the Northern District of California stated that Eli Lilly has demonstrated that Mochi Health's actions have harmed the pharmaceutical company's business and the reputation of its FDA-approved drug tirzepatide.
