HSBC Holdings declares $0.50/ADS interim dividend
HSBC Holdings has declared an interim dividend of $0.50 per ADS, with a forward yield of 2.22%. The dividend is payable on June 26 for shareholders of record on May 15, with an ex-dividend date also on May 15. Additionally, a quarterly dividend of £0.01 per Series A sterling preference share will be paid starting March 16, 2026. The board has set a dividend payout ratio target of 50% for 2026, excluding notable items, and will consider buy-backs quarterly.
