The relevant enterprises were required to strictly comply with laws and regulations including the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. They were instructed to fulfill their primary responsibilities, comprehensively standardize train ticket sales operations, jointly safeguard the order of the railway ticketing market, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.The SAMR and other departments will step up regulatory enforcement efforts.
