U.S. stocks rose, while Hong Kong stock ADRs gained 3 points, or 0.01%, to 24,721. According to Ming Pao, Hong Kong index futures in after-hours trading rose 5 points, or 0.02%, to 24,706, implying a 12-point discount to the cash index, and the U.S. and Iran reached an interim agreement.
