Mitsubishi Electric Acquires HVAC Sales, Installation and Maintenance Companies of APAC and COMPAC Groups in Netherlands

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) revealed that its subsidiary, Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems S.p.A., has successfully purchased all shares of the APAC group and COMPAC group on July 13. These acquisitions encompassed operating companies centered on HVAC sales, installation, and maintenance. The groups were located in Utrecht Province in the Netherlands. By integrating these entities into its portfolio, Mitsubishi Electric aims to enhance its comprehensive service offerings in Europe, providing customers with a robust one-stop solution for their HVAC needs.
