LongbridgeAII'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

U.S. August core CPI rose 0.3% MoM, beating the 0.2% forecast, pushing the odds of a Fed rate hike next week to 90%. Tech hardware and crypto-linked stocks surged, bucking the broader market pressure.

U.S. stocks traded in choppy fashion on September 11 after August core CPI rose 0.3% month-over-month, topping the 0.2% consensus estimate and lifting the probability of a Federal Reserve rate hike next week to 90%. Tech and crypto-related names, however, powered higher, helping the Nasdaq outperform its peers.

Technology hardware led the charge across the tape, with Hewlett Packard Enterprise surging over 11% to pace the sector. Crypto mining stocks staged a broad-based breakout, with multiple names rallying more than 7%. Conversely, the hotter-than-expected inflation print weighed on select consumer and financial names.

Tech Hardware Roars: HPE Jumps Over 11%

As of writing, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) soared 11.13% to $61.37 on volume approaching 98 million shares; HP Inc. (HPQ) rallied 8.10% to $35.38; Super Micro Computer (SMCI) gained 4.75% to $39.16; Intel (INTC) advanced 3.47% to $103.80; and Nvidia (NVDA) added 1.33% to $221.26.

On the news front, Nvidia NVLabs open-sourced SoL-Pi, an efficiency optimization solution for AI coding agents. Testing showed token consumption reduced by 35% to 64%, roughly halving associated costs. Separately, analysts noted that Nvidia's positioning in hybrid quantum-classical computing makes it a more compelling investment than pure-play quantum companies.

Crypto Stocks Erupt: Marathon Digital Surges Nearly 8%

At press time, Strategy (MSTR) climbed 6.20% to $136.54; Marathon Digital (MARA) jumped 7.74% to $12.32; Cipher Mining (CIFR) vaulted 8.38% to $17.28; Terawulf (WULF) rose 7.00% to $17.27; Bit Digital (BTBT) advanced 7.69%; and BTC Digital (BTCT) exploded 20.88% higher. Crypto miners ranked among the day's strongest subsectors.

Elsewhere, Tesla (TSLA) edged up 0.40% to $365; Apple (AAPL) gained 1.71% to $332.16, with market attention turning to the newly launched foldable iPhone Duo, though reports of discounting in mainland China channels surfaced; NIO (NIO) rose 3.91%; and Robinhood (HOOD) added 1.70%.
