ADR 介绍
美国存托凭证（American Depositary Receipt，ADR）是美国商业银行为协助外国证券在美国交易而发行的一种可转让证书，投资者可在美股市场上交易。这种凭证代表该非美国公司一定数量的股份，这些股份由一家美国银行保存，该银行再发行代表该股的美国存托凭证，但不一定是 1:1 的比率，例如公司 5 股的股票可能只代表 1 股的 ADR。
如何收取
存款信托公司（DTC）已于 2008 年开始向券商或结算公司收取托管费用，再由券商向持有 ADR 的投资者收取这笔费用。这笔费用就称 “美国存托凭证 (ADR) 托管费用” 。
ADR 托管费用
ADR 的托管费用平均每股 1 至 5 美分。所收取的金额和时间会因不同的 ADR 而有所不同。需要具体信息请参阅各个 ADR 招股说明书。或通过EDGAR 企业搜索工具在线查询。

一般情况下，非美国本土的公司于美国二级市场交易，有可能收取 ADR 费用，可点击这里进行查询，如下图：
