余额通是长桥标准账户下的一项金融管理服务。其委托授权机构新加坡辉立证券提供的辉立货币市场基金（PMMF）是一只以短期高质量货币市场产品与债务证券——政府和公司债券、商业票据及金融机构存款为投资标的的货币基金。
它名下分别有以新币与美元为计价单位的两支货币基金。
其中，辉立新币货币市场基金（Phillip SGD Money Market Fund）在 2001 年推出，是目前市场上体量最大的零售新币 MMF 之一。该基金受托方为法国巴黎银行信托服务（新加坡）有限公司。经理人为辉立资本管理（新加坡）有限公司，其管理与运作均受到新加坡金融管理局（MAS）的监管。
辉立美元货币市场基金（Phillip USD Money Market Fund）在 2009 年推出，截至 2019 年 7 月 24 日，该货币基金总资产规模为 2.21 亿美元。它的受托方、经理人以及监管方均与辉立新币货币市场基金一致。
