SpaceX valuation is crazy. I definitely won't buy on its dips. Knowing more about its IPO details won't help buying on dips.

Be careful when investing in Reits as someone said if you evaluate all Reits from IPO pricing until to date , many people are losing on their principal capital. It seemed many people don't understand how Reits investment works, not over short term horizon, but longer time frame with IPO as base.

If you wish to buy this stock, watch closely the behaviours of Big Boys as small buyers can't move this stock with their purchases and noisy opinions. Also, be patient as this stock has never been a good payback master for the past decade.
