Some thoughts on the "Meta" ghost story
Last night, Meta released a major piece of news, planning to rent out its idle AI computing power to the public, building its own AI cloud business. As soon as the news broke, Meta's stock price surged, while hardware stocks collectively pulled back. I immediately wrote a simple post for members, saying that if it were me, I would opportunistically and in batches bottom-fish for equipment, storage, etc., based on the initial judgment that the market is being overly emotional. 1.
