YUEGUI: The cash dividend in the next three years will not be less than 30% of the average distributable profit per year
YUEGUI announced that the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the "Shareholder Dividend Return Plan for the Next Three Years." The main content of the plan is as follows: the company will distribute profits in the form of cash, stock, or a combination of cash and stock. The profit distributed in cash each year shall not be less than 20% of the distributable profit attributable to the company's shareholders in the consolidated financial statements for that year; the cumulative profit distributed in cash over the last three years shall not be less than 30% of the average annual distributable profit achieved in the last three years
