CARRIANNA (00126.HK) announced the sale of 100% equity in Profit Share Investments to independent third party Linda Lu, whose only asset is approximately 4.62% indirect equity in the invested group (private company group), for a cash consideration of HKD 45 million. It is estimated that the sale will record an increase in retained earnings of HKD 14.79 million
