Zensun Enterprises Limited reported that all resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on 12 June 2026 were approved by shareholders via poll, with more than 1.9 billion shares eligible to vote and no requirements for shareholders to abstain. The meeting endorsed the 2025 audited financial statements, re-elected directors, renewed the auditor Prism Hong Kong Limited, and granted the board general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, reinforcing management’s flexibility in capital management and corporate governance.

Unanimous support was recorded for each ordinary resolution, with 1,578,246,461 votes cast in favour and none against across all items. All directors attended the meeting either in person or electronically, underscoring board engagement as the company secured shareholder backing for its leadership structure, remuneration arrangements, and future financing and share repurchase activities.
