HENG TAI: Sun Banggui appointed as executive director

HENG TAI announced that Ms. Gao Qinjian, Executive Director, and Mr. Kong Qingwen, Independent Non-Executive Director, have resigned, effective March 11, 2026. Mr. Sun Banggui has been appointed as Executive Director, and Mr. Kong Qingwen will serve as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative. Mr. Huang Zhaokang has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Zhu Yijie has resigned as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, both effective from the same date

According to the announcement from HENG TAI (00197), Ms. Gao Qinjian has submitted her resignation as an executive director, effective from March 11, 2026, to allow her to devote more time to other business affairs.

Mr. Sun Banggui has been appointed as an executive director, effective from March 11, 2026.

Mr. Kong Qingwen has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and a member of the board audit committee, effective from March 11, 2026, due to a reassignment of his duties within the group. He will serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative starting from March 11, 2026.

Mr. Huang Zhaokang has submitted his resignation as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective from March 11, 2026, to allow him to devote more time to other business affairs.
