Chengdu Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Xingcheng Group, and Chengdu Construction Road and Bridge is a wholly-owned grandchild company of Xingcheng Group, forming a related party relationship with the company. The above transactions are part of the company's daily operations and will not affect the company's independence, and are expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance
