GANGYU SERVICES: Sui Fengzhi appointed as CEO

GANGYU SERVICES announced that Mo Yueming has resigned as Chief Executive Officer due to work arrangements, effective from October 1, 2025, but will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. At the same time, Sui Fengzhi has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective from the same date, and has resigned as Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Board

According to the announcement from GANGYU SERVICES (00265), due to work arrangement adjustments, Mr. Mo Yueming, the chairman of the board and executive director, has resigned as the company's CEO, effective October 1, 2025, but will remain as chairman, executive director, chairman of the board's nomination committee, and a member of the board's remuneration committee.

Mr. Sui Fengzhi, the vice chairman and non-executive director, has been appointed as the CEO, effective October 1, 2025.
